"After my experience today, I would give zero stars if that were an option. I don’t believe the customer is always right, but I do believe it is the responsibility of a business owner and their staff to de-escalate difficult situations and treat customers with respect.

Unfortunately, that was not my experience. During my interaction with Anthony, I felt dismissed and disrespected instead of having my concerns addressed professionally. I was told there was a “time and place” to speak with an employee and that I (the customer)should’ve have waited until the employee was done talking to her husband (who came in after me), this felt dismissive considering I had waited until the employee was off a phone call before addressing my concern.

My concern was regarding being accused of yelling during a phone call when I was speaking normally while trying to make my renewal payment. I was confused and frustrated by the accusation, and I wanted the opportunity to express how that made me feel. Instead of the situation being handled through understanding and de-escalation, I was left feeling unheard.

I expected a higher level of professionalism from the owner of a business. Today, that was not provided. Anthony often speaks about his faith, so I couldn’t help but think of Proverbs 15:1: “A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.” Sadly, that wasn’t reflected in how this situation was handled."

"I have been meaning to shop around for better rates for a while now, putting it off because I assumed it would be a pain and not worth the hassle for minimal savings. "Our experience with Anthony Hunt's State Farm office was extremely disappointing.

During a 3 month claim process, his team was difficult to reach, unhelpful, and often rude. It took significant persistence just to secure an appointment with Anthony. When we finally met with Anthony and explained everything that had transpired, he assured us he would take care of the situation.

Unfortunately, his actions reflected the same lack of follow through we had already experienced from his staff.

We ultimately received the resolution we deserved, but only because of our own determination. We had to hire an independent appraiser, research and locate our own parts, find our own repair shop, and repeatedly follow up to keep the process moving. At no point did we feel supported or advocated for by Anthony Hunt or his team.

We worry about customers who may not have the same time, resources, knowledge, or determination to navigate such a difficult process on their own. We share this experience so others can make informed decisions, as the combination of State Farm's claims process and the lack of support from Anthony Hunt's office made this an incredibly frustrating experience."
